FORMATION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Research of scientific sources allowed defining that as are not unanimity in understanding of essence of competitive edges of enterprise and their classification, so exist and different approaches in relation to determination of sources of their forming. The approaches of different scholars to the determination of sources of competitive advantage formation are generalized. The basis of the general competitive advantage of the enterprise is determined - internal competitive advantages, which reflect the potential of the enterprise to achieve its competitive positions. It is specified, that the process of forming of competitive advantages of enterprise is begun with the idea of its creation by determination of the proper source under act of internal and external factors which close intercommunication is between. The conducted research certifies that the list of sources of creation of competitive edge is large enough and various, but the crucial factors of the company's success and the important competitive advantage is the price and quality ratio - the systemic characteristic of the competitiveness of the enterprise, that it is the improvement of the level of product quality of the enterprise that is very important factor in ensuring the competitive advantages in the domestic and foreign markets. It has been proved that the successful formation of competitive advantages should be based on high-quality, quantitative and cost approaches due to development of high-quality and quantitative descriptions of process or products which provides for. Such an approach to achieving competitive advantages differs from the existing ones by the fact that diminishing of unit cost takes place both due to the use of more cheap resources and due to introduction of more productive technologies. Advantages in quality are arrived at due to introduction of new products with unique or substantially improved properties. Advantages in maintenance of user are arrived at due to the use of information technologies and organizational innovations.
