METHODS OF SYNTHESIS THE STRUCTURE OF INTELLECTUAL DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS

Abstract
The main approaches to the synthesis of complex information systems are structural, parametric and structural-parametric. At the same time, it is the structure that determines the main characteristics of the system. It’s known formal, heuristic and combinatorial methods of structural synthesis. The most universal are combinatorial methods, which are considered in the article. The main method of combinatorial synthesis is the morphological method of F. Zwicky. But it have some disadvantages, like a necessity to analyze a large number of variants of the structure, most of which have not sense. Based on the morphological method, in the article is proposed a method that allows considering the limitations on the compatibility of the elements of the structure. It grounded on the mathematical apparatus of multipartite hypergraphs. For each module of the structure is created a hypergraph, in which methods are vertices, and the conditions of the domain knowledge are edges. Proposed the way to choose methods that are best suited for solving problem in given conditions. An example of synthesis the structure of intellectual decision-making system is considered in the article. A case when no one method does not satisfy all the conditions is described. Also considered the way of its solution, by choosing the weakest restriction. The proposed method makes it possible to formalize the synthesis of the structure of intellectual decision-making systems and, at the same time, to provide flexibility in its correction if external conditions are changed.
