TRADITIONAL AND MODERN APPROACHES TO THE SUBSTANTIATION OF THE COURSE OF THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF SOCIETY, ITS ORGANIZATION AND TRANSFORMATION

Abstract
The article investigates the main factors that contribute to a profound transformation of the economic system of society. The paper gives an assessment of the current state of formation of economic relations in the process of transformation of the economic system. The paper provides a macroeconomic description of the main tendencies of the evolution of transformational economic systems in the conditions of integration and global instability. The study shows that, while preserving the existing structure of the economy, the way out of transformational crises can only be related to the growth of the world economy, which, obviously, will also follow the growth of consumer demand for the main goods of export of the national economy. Scientific-substantiated proposals for improving the ways of regulating the main indicators of macroeconomic dynamics under conditions of instability, orientation to the innovative way of development and modernization of the economy are formed. The author’s vision of transformational processes is formed, which is largely based on certain limitations, which are typical for predictions and realization of separate sections of economic activity: perfect competition, absolute and reliable in formativeness, ensuring equilibrium only with the direct determination of the influence of price mechanism, etc. Along with this, important conclusions can take place in the consideration of the situation of the developed theory of institutional changes in the study. Institutionalism organically combines methodological approaches to the economy as a complex polyformic entity that arises as a result of the interaction of economic, social, institutional, technological, and other components of the system with its creative ability to transform this system through the development of institutions as social entities. At the same time, as noted in the study, the data concept does not have concrete and consistent ideas about the nature of the system being reformed, as well as underestimation of the incompleteness of the process of transforming the national economic system and ignoring its objective continuity. In other words, it is unlawful, in our opinion, artificial separation of institutional transformations of the system from the remaining transformations, first of all, technological, resource, and organizational. In the course of the research, it was concluded that the current state of the economic system and its organization is characterized by a high level of diversification of the system, which is an objective consequence of the deep socio-economic transformations of the system.
