STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN INDUSTRY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the activities of domestic industry and determines the strategic priorities for its sustainable development in the context of uncertainty in the parameters of the internal and external environment: improving the quality of investment and technological factors of production, its economic orientation and security; formation of social responsibility business strategy. The assessment of the rate of decline in the volume of production of certain types of products in 2016-2017 has been carried out and it has been proved that the domestic industry is currently in a difficult economic situation, namely, the lack of demand for domestic products and sources of financing, the instability of foreign markets for products, low level of training of skilled labor. Given the current state of the country industry with the strategic elements of the new industrial policy recognize: the revival of industry as key sector of the national economy, financial stabilization and ensuring the availability of financial market resources for the real economy, attracting investment to develop a new industrial base of the economy stimulating the development of industry in the regions of the country, financing science and promoting technological innovations in the production, development modern industrial and technological infrastructure. As a result of the research, was determined that for the management and effective formation of the sustainable development of domestic industry in the context of globalization, it is necessary to: implement a systemic ecological and economic restructuring of the industry as a whole, and individual enterprises that are elements of the socio-ecological-economic system of the country; cooperation with international organizations on issues of sustainable development and solving resource-environmental problems based on innovative development of the economy, introducing the best practices and advanced scientific, technical and socio-economic achievements into business practices. The result of a systematic solution of economic, environmental and social problems at all levels will be the sustainable development of the state.
