QUASI-INTEGRATION TECHNICAL STRUCTURES OF INTERACTING ENTERPRISES: FORMATION PRINCIPLES AND REGULATORS
Journal Title: Проблеми системного підходу в економіці - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 63
Abstract
The article deals with the laws and regularities of quasi-integration structures’ formation of interactive enterprises. In national economic science, the concept of quasi-integration remains undignified, and the development of these structures of Ukrainian organizations is inactive. The definition of “quasi-integration structure” is given. Quasi-integration structure is a voluntary spatial partner interconnection of interactive manufactures and scientific (scientific research, scientific-technological, scientific-technical, scientific-practical) institutions on the basis of the integrated use of available resources, where, in the absence of ownership control of assets, there is control over their management. On the basis of the study of laws of the system, a list of general and special laws for the formation of a quasi-structure is established and their characteristics are described. Among the general laws of quasi-integration structures’ formation, one can distinguish between the following laws: development, self-preservation, synergy, the unity of analysis and synthesis, complementarity, the priority of the whole over, composition-proportionality, taking into account system needs, informative-ordering. The special quasi-laws’ integration includes laws: socio-economic adaptability, reactivity and resistance, differentiation and universality, continuity, rhythm in the movement of productive assets, information availability, competition. The definition of “regularities of quasi-integration” is given. The regularity of quasi-integration is an integral action of economic laws that reflect the most significant, stable, objective causal connections between tangible and intangible assets in the process of joint activity of economic subjects. The general system regularities of quasi-integration of interacting enterprises are revealed, their characteristic, grouping, and main directions of use are given. Common regularities include groups: interactions (emergence, progressive systematization, progressive factorization, isomorphism and isofunctionalism, polysystemism, convergence); hierarchical ordering (hierarchy, functional hierarchy, completeness of parts); entropy (growth and decrease of entropy and/or negentropy, compensation of entropy); development (life cycle of the system, uneven development); feasibility and equivalence (equivalence, potential effectiveness of the system). According to the limited quasi-integration space and time, the specific laws of quasi-integration structures of the interacting enterprises are revealed, their characteristics are also described. Specific regularities include: compositions, optimal ones Intralization, formations, iterations, self-preservation, proportionality, complicity and self-regulation, communicative, competitiveness, optimality, limited rationality, proportionality of the scale and objectives of the system, compromise between simplicity and complexity, functional completeness of components, correspondence of relationships, influence of conditions of formation, form and content quasi-connections dequacy, limitation of forms of quasi-interaction with unlimited subjects of integration, synergistic effects, innovation of production. On the basis of the presented results, it is proved that further research is aimed at establishing the principles of interacting enterprises’ quasi-integration.
