METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

Abstract
The productivity of labour of workers of the industrial sector and its dynamics are considered. The main factors of increase in productivity in the industrial sector are determined. The general level of health and education of the population of Ukraine is analysed. The Human Development Index is presented. The estimation of creative and intellectual potential of the personnel in the industry is made. The article deals with different approaches to the assessment of the managerial personnel of the industrial enterprise. It is determined that the following criteria should be taken into account when evaluating management personnel: professional qualities, in particular, age, education, and individual psychological characteristics; performance criteria, in particular, tactical and strategic ones. It is concluded that the quality of managerial personnel at industrial enterprises of Ukraine is rather high. For a more complete assessment, it is necessary to trace the dynamics of these indicators in recent years. There is a gradual decrease in the average age of management personnel in Ukraine. The dynamics of the part of managerial personnel in Ukraine with higher education is increasing in recent years. It is determined that the process of formation of management personnel in Ukraine is restrained by a number of factors: lack of sources of funding for professional training and lack of the acquisition of appropriate professional level by management personnel; weak informational and technological base; the improper level of motivation. The formula for finding the integral assessment of industrial enterprises’ managerial personnel is presented.
