NON-STANDARD FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL OF THE SUBJECTS ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND PROSPECTS FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article considers the teoretical and practical aspects of application of non-standard forms of employment. Non-standard forms of employment are a reciprocal term for various employment patterns that deviate from standard employment. They include temporary work, part-time and on-call work, agency temporary work and other multi-party labor relations, as well as masked work and all types of self-employment. The increase in non-standard forms of employment in the world over the past decades has been caused by various factors, including demographic changes, labor market regulation at various levels, macroeconomic fluctuations and technological changes. From a theoretical point of view, the views on the standard of employment varied depending on the conditions of socio-economic development of society. The analysis of foreign experience, as well as advantages and disadvantages of development of non-standard and flexible forms of employment is conducted. The modern problems and perspectives of development of non-standard forms of labor use in Ukraine under conditions of innovation model of economy are explored. The necessity of balanced approaches to the application of types of non-standard employment of employees is proved, taking into account the specifics of business and the efficiency of economic activity of business entities in Ukraine. Flexible forms of employment are not sufficiently used in Ukraine. This is primarily due to the sectoral structure of the country's economy. Successful activity of the subject of entrepreneurship can be carried out in an adequate institutional and legal environment, not only in terms of economic activity, but also in the socio-legal regulation of business conditions. Non-standard forms of employment will continue to evolve as the world labor market develops. The model of development of non-standard forms of employment for entrepreneurs in Ukraine is offered.
