SOCIOLOGICAL REVIEWS OF THE ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR THE EMPLOYER RATING

Abstract

The article analyzes the correlation between sociological reviews of enterprise employees and the employer rating. An HR branding system will allow the enterprise to become a good employer with good businesses, and ensure receiving economic and socio-psychological benefits. The paper proves that sociological reviews will help to form a positive vision on the labor market, to find new candidates; to improve working conditions. Furthermore, it allows an employer to take into account the opinion of the employees and satisfy their needs. The analysis points that enterprises that use sociological reviews have a good vision. If their results widely used in making director decisions, it will have advantages not only for employee and employer but business development.
