FACTORS OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE INFLUENCE ON THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
An important role in the current conditions of globalization tendencies prevailing in the world’s economic environment is played by issues of economic security on all levels of functioning of economic entities. The economic security of the enterprise, the basic unit of the national economy, is the state of legal, industrial and organizational relations, material and intellectual resources, which guarantee the stability of functioning, financial and commercial success, progressive scientific, technical, and social development. This article is devoted to the consideration of issues of economic security of the enterprise within the system of national security of the country as a whole. The factors of positive and negative influence on the economic security of the economic entity’s activity caused by factors of the internal and external environment are analysed. These factors are systematized in a consolidated table created by the SWOT-analysis methodology. A particular attention is paid to such a factor as human capital, its role in ensuring the safe conditions for the development of both an individual enterprise and the national economy as a whole. Human capital is a certain set of health, knowledge, habits, abilities, motivation, which is purposefully used in one or another sphere of social production, is created or developed and accumulated by people, contributes to the growth of labour productivity and, as a result, affects the growth of the income of its owner, as well as society as a whole. The article focuses on migration processes that lead to the outflow of human capital from countries, which leads to a decrease in the level of economic security. The authors analyse the main causes of this phenomenon.
