FORMATION OF CULTURE IN THE FUTURE EDUCATORS IN THE CLUB ACTIVITY

Abstract
The aim of our research is to outline the potential of the club as a means of contributing to the development of the culture of students. The dominant challenge of modern higher education is to provide continuous classroom and extracurricular educational work, which requires the implementation of special training of future educators. By testing the technology of moral, cultural, and aesthetic creativity, we are inspired by the fact that future teachers’ club activity is one of the basic components of teacher’s self-forming. Club team is usually a staff of different ages and specialties. Various ages is the background on the bases of which students delve deeper into their spiritual (emotional) nature, comparing themselves with others, estimate (themselves) their capabilities, ability to various professional activities. Basing on the creative work of students, encouraging them in the classroom and in extracurricular time, the creative abilities of future educators are being revealed and targeted developed in the club, while forming a creative attitude and approach to the present business and deeper awareness of the vocational calling. The basis for the development of the culture of the future teacher was the club " Leisure - Soft Skills ", created at the Department of Culture and Museum Studies in RSUH. Its main task is to create the favorable conditions for creative self-realization of students, to form practical skills of the future profession, to fill the spiritual vacuum of the young generation with the organized cultural content, to promote the students’ creative approach to the profession. In order to implement the program qualities of the future creative specialist we have designed the special emotional and the figurative situations during the club activity — the method of pedagogical situations that makes conditions for their creative solutions, interests students and forms their pedagogical values. Emotional situation is characterized primarily by a certain mental state of the individual, which emerged during the emotional perception in order to open new experiences and emotional states in solving of the situational problems in the club activity. The decision of the emotional and the imaginative situations is always associated with such creative components as developed divergent thinking, imagination, ideas, associative ability, the ability to combine and vary in certain new combinations. In the resolving of the emotional and the imaginative situations knowledge and skills, accumulated in the process of club activity, have dual role: as the means and the result of the creative solution. Our observations show that the emotional and the figurative situations in the club activity contribute to the formation of students’ professional values, stimulate the development of the culture. In the future teacher it occurs the desire to convey inner feelings, emotions and thoughts in the emotional and the figurative forms, to overcome the internal and the external behavior stereotypes. The future specialist is experiencing emotional feelings in the emotional and the imaginative pedagogical problematic situations and the emotional, and the valuable attitude to the profession is being formed as the result. The results of play in the club " Leisure - Soft Skills " indicate that the solving of the educational and cognitive tasks, situations of general cultural, spiritual and moral training provides a conscious choice of spiritual values by students, forms on this basis the sustainable, unique, individual system of vocational valuable orientations (creativity in the professional activity, the development of student’s personality, communication with children and adults, professional self-improvement, self-fulfillment, professional cooperation, exchange of the spiritual values). The research concludes that the classes in the club bring pleasure and help to improve the professional skills, to raise the level of the pedagogical culture. The club promotes the professional adaptation of students and creative talents, which encourages (effects on motivational sphere) students to the creative expression, and to organize the similar forms of work in order to familiarize thereto of rising generation in the future.
