FORMATION OF INDIVIDUAL HEALTH-SAVING STRATEGIES OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF SCIENCE ON THE BASIS OF INTERDISCIPLINARY INTEGRATION

Abstract
The methods of individual health-saving strategies of future bachelors of science on the basis of interdisciplinary integration are generally described. The procedure for selecting the mentioned methods is substantiated. It has been established that no single method is universal, therefore, a system of methods was used in the context of the study, which was coordinated with the students’ individual psychophysiological features. It is concluded that the main methods of formation of individual health saving strategies future bachelors of science are methods for controlling the effectiveness of educational actions, methods that regulate the motivation of students to improve their health, methods of organization of health saving activities, methods of stimulating health saving activities, self-education (conscious activity of the student, aimed at developing positive features and overcoming negative ones), genetic-modeling methods.
