FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF BACHELORS IN LABORATORY MEDICINE (RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH)

Abstract
The article presents results of the research of the problem concerning formation the professional competence of future Bachelors in laboratory medicine, and exposed the gist and structure of the studied phenomenon. The criterial apparatus and the method of diagnosing the professional competence of future bachelors of laboratory medicine are submitted, its levels are characterized. The formation methodology of the studied phenomenon in the process of professional training in educational institutions and implementation of necessary pedagogical conditions for this are presented. The results of pedagogical experiment on formation of professional competence of future bachelors of laboratory medicine are highlighted.
