FORMATION OF RATIONAL ROUTES FOR TRAINS ON THE RAILWAYS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The paper examined the rational organization of routes for movement passenger and freight trains on the railways of Ukraine. In modern conditions in rail-based passenger and freight traffic are not effective transportation process technologies that limit the ability of the transport sector to respond flexibly to fluctuations in consumer demand and the market of passenger transportation. Therefore, to reduce the loss of transportation is necessary to use organizational technologies, which are based on the concept of flexible adaptive regulation of the transportation process and long-term operational nature in accordance with the principles of logistics. It is possible to implement by creating a common model of transportation, whose task will be to develop a route based on collecting accounting data on time spent on processing stations and the time required to pass driving of each individual based on their capacity. There was offered an improving for model of decision support system based on the use of neuro-fuzzy modeling and genetic algorithm designed to create a route. Based on the improved model there is possible creation of automated formation system of optimum routes for passenger and freight trains.
