PROBLEMS OF ACCOUNTING FUEL AND ENERGY RESOURCES IN THE LOCOMOTIVES DEPARTMENT

Abstract
One of the main questions connected with the economical use of energy sources is their accounting and management. Railway transport is one of the main consumers of fuel and lubricants in Ukraine, the main is the locomotive facilities. The analyzed technological process of using railway fuel has shown both the losses and the vulnerabilities for accounting points. The article deals with the stages of acceptance, storage and release of fuel and further possible interaction with the exploitation. The principal fuel consumption control methods in locomotive facilities of Ukrzaliznytsia are based on outdated measurement methods, manual measurements, periodic density and temperature control through the test. Key power losses and their weight are stated during the process data. Paper is devoted to the ways of accounting and management solving problems of fuel and lubricant material data in locomotive facilities. Also is considering the issues the integration of existing systems and further complex automation of the technological process.
