DETERMINATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS ON THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SEPARATE STATIONS WHEN INTRODUCING A HIGH SPEED MOVEMENT

Abstract

For a successful integration into the world community of transport Ukraine should be among the countries with the existing highways, which requires to continue relevant research, which started in the late 60-ies of the last century. Known theoretical developments now require adjustments to meet modern conditions due to changes in the rules for the design of railway stations, the ratio of the quantities of capital and operating costs. The scope of work being carried out at interstations when preparing for high-speed railway service depends on many factors. The main ones of these factors are a layout of backbones both at accessibilities and within the bounds of an interstation, a quantity of receiving-and-departure tracks, a disposition of the facilities for passenger service, and others. The structural arrangement of constructional activities as a part of an interstation with corresponding gridiron of tracks preparation for high-speed passenger service is defined in this article. Besides, the existence of tracks with a small radius of curvature poses a major obstacle while preparing a chain path for high-speed service. The search procedure of the optimized radius of circular curve at a maximum speed is offered in this paper.
