FORMATION OF SUSTAINABLE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract
The process of sustainable professional development of employees has been defined and researched. The sustainable professional development is the process of establishing a balance between the needs of the enterprise and the individual employee's professional development, taking into account the strategic interests of each other. The paper proposed to consider sustainable development as a professional relationship of elements correlated with the components that form the sustainable economic development of society: external environment, staff members and economy of enterprise. The core features of a sustainable professional development of employees have been identified. Influence factors of sustainable professional development have been defined, which had been proposed to divide into internal (innovative-technological, organizational and administrative, social and psychological, financial and economic) and external (political and legal, economic, innovative, globalization and integration). Special attention has been paid to issue of conditions, which had occurred in the context of different subjects: the individual employee, the company's staff, external counterparties.
