FORMATION OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS’ IT-COMPETENCE WITHIN THE ELABORATED MODEL OF ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK

Abstract
In the article, the attention has been focused on the concepts «pedagogical model» and «independent work» in the context of their application in the process of formation of the information technology competence (the IT-competence) of future doctors and pharmacists while teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific circle. We have characterized the educational-theoretical, educational-practical and practical stages of the formation of the future specialists’ IT-competence as well as psychological, psychophysiological and social factors which stipulate their readiness for the implementation of the independent work during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific circle. Attention has been focused on general didactic and professional aspects of the purpose of independent work which is organized and implemented for forming future doctors’ and pharmacists’ IT-competence while teaching them the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. The steps and actions of the subjects of the educational process demonstrating different levels which are implemented by them within the limits of organization of their independent work have been determined. We have characterized the types of the independent work which is implemented in the process of the formation of the future doctors’ and pharmacists’ IT-competence during teaching them the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. It has been established, that the organization of the future specialists’ independent work while teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation and forming their IT-competence is determined by didactic, psychological and pedagogical, organizational and methodical pedagogical conditions. We have determined the essence of the general didactic and specific principles, according to which independent work is organized in order to form the IT-competence of the future doctors and pharmacists during teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. We have determined that organization and implementation of the independent work in the process of the formation of the future specialists’ IT-competence during teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation takes place on preparatory, organizational, motivational and activity, educational-training, integrative-activity, educational and professional or creatively-research, control-evaluation stages. The organization model of independent work and its implementation with the purpose of the formation of the future doctors’ and pharmacists’ IT-competence during teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation, which consists of 5 units, strategic-normative, target, theoretical and methodological, technological, and evaluative units, to be more precise, has been developed. It has been suggested that the readiness of the future specialists towards their self-education in the process of the formation of their IT-competence while teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation within the limits of the developed model on four levels: low, satisfactory, intermediate and high levels. In the developed model it has been foreseen, that self-education abilities, which are developed in the process of the implementation of the future doctors’ and pharmacists’ independent work organized with the purpose of the formation of their IT-competence, can be considered within the limits of preparatory or zero level, the level of an organized self-education activity, the level of a formed self-education activity, the level of a creative self-education activity. We have determined that the efficiency of the independent work organization, which is implemented by the future specialists within the limits of the developed model in the process of the formation of their IT-competence while teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation; it can be evaluated by the motivational, cognitive, аctivity and reflective-evaluative criteria. It has been established that the developed model of the independent work organization in its structure and system of intercommunications provides optimization of the self-education process of the formation of the future doctors’ and pharmacists’ IT-competence; it also conforms the logics of the process aimed at teaching them disciplines of naturally scientific preparation in Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University.
