FORMATION OF THE INNOVATIONAL MODEL OF SOCIALLY-ORGANIZED REGIONAL BANK

Abstract
Introduction. Modern banks have gone a long way from the concept of a bank as a financial institution to the concept of a bank as a subject of economics activity. Modern business models of Ukrainian banks are determined by the predominance of corporate banks. The main clients of them are legal entities. Thus, loans to legal entities and deposits of legal entities make up 44.48% and 36.79%. In the processes of providing banking services and culture of banks there are significant changes as a result of activation of their innovation activity. Therefore, the actual issue is to define basic conceptual foundations of the innovative model of a socially and oriented regional bank. Methods. The methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis and synthesis, the dialectic method and the method of scientific abstraction are used in this article. Results. The paper proposes an analytical systematization of theoretical approaches to the definition “regional bank”. The definition of “socially and oriented regional bank” is proposed. The author formed main conceptual provisions of the formation of an innovative model of a socially and oriented regional bank. Discussion. Further researches should focus on the development of banking innovations based on the optimization of business processes of the socially and oriented regional bank and formation of their financial innovation behavior.
