FORMATION OF THE METHODOLOGICAL BASE FOR DIAGNOSTICS INNOVATIVE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article summarizes the theoretical positions of innovative regional development, analyzes the main directions of transformational transformations, raises the priority of implementation of the program-target approach, which allows to efficiently place scarce resources and deduce a programmable object on a qualitatively new level. It is proved that the main directions of the major transformations are the definition of economic priorities and the development of the strategy of territorial innovation development of the economy, the formation of a favorable investment and innovation infrastructure on the basis of public-private partnership mechanisms and organization of operational scientific and technical cooperation and ensuring efficient feedback of the regional and local levels power The components of the methodological base for diagnostics of innovative regional development are offered.
