Abstract
The theoretical bases of formation of the system of financial management of the united territorial communities are investigated. The practice and peculiarity of the activities of local financial bodies of the united territorial communities is analyzed. Further directions of improvement and development of the system of financial management of united territorial communities in the conditions of administrative and territorial reform are outlined.
