THE PROBLEMS OF FINANCING OF THE EXPENDITURES OF LOCAL BUDGETS

Abstract
In the article, the theoretical aspects of determination of essence of the concept «expenditures of local budgets» are considered. The current state of financing of the expenditures of local budgets is analyzed. The basic problems reducing expenditures efficiency of local budgets are researched. The directions of improvement of financing of the expenditures of local budgets for increasing the level of financial security of local government in Ukraine are determined.
