ФОРМИ НАВЧАННЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ІНЖЕНЕРІВ-ТЕХНОЛОГІВ ХАРЧОВОЇ ГАЛУЗІ В ПРОЦЕСІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗДОРОВ’ЯЗБЕРІГАЮЧОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ

Abstract

Effective formation of health-saving competence takes place during the course of students' active cognitive activity. Therefore, the topical issue of higher education is the most favorable organization of such activities, namely the choice of forms of training future engineer-technologists in the food industry. Thus, the purpose of the study is to select and theoretical substantiation of the application of the forms of training of future engineer-technologists in the food industry in the process of formation of health-saving competence. Problem lectures, lectures-provocations, binary lectures, lectures-visualizations, lectures-excursions, lectures-brainstorming, integrated lectures are identified as the most effective types of frontal form of training of future specialists. We consider successful types of individual training of future engineers-technologists in the food industry individual tasks, coursework, preparation of reports, abstracts, master's qualification works. Seminars-business games, seminars-research, practical and laboratory works are defined as types of group training of future engineers-technologists of the food industry in the process of formation of health-saving competence. The systemic application of certain forms of education is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the formation of health-saving competence of future engineers-technologists in the food industry.
