ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОХОРОНИ ПЕРСОНАЖА, ЯК ОБ’ЄКТА АВТОРСЬКОГО ПРАВА ЗА ЗАКОНОДАВСТВОМ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The article deals with issues related to the illegal use of such objects in Ukraine as a character. The current legislation of Ukraine according to which the protection of copyrights on a character is carried out is analyzed. The existing case law is based on cases involving copyright infringement. Characteristics that character should be assigned in order to be the object of copyright protection are analyzed. Proposed self definition of the term "Character".
