ГОСТИНИЧНЫЙ БИЗНЕС КАК ОСНОВА ТУРИЗМА

Abstract

The article development of hotel business depends on a number of internal and external factors. Internal factors include: the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise, the efficiency of the management system of the hotel enterprise, the location, the level of service and the quality of the services provided, etc. The external environment of the hotel enterprise can also be disintegrated, according to its constituent elements, and highlight the natural, economic, technical, Political, legal and cultural environment. In this article, some key factors in the development of hotel business in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be considered.
