Abstract
The article deals with the formation of musical-intonational culture of future musicians as a means of increasing the efficiency of professional training of students of music specialties. An important issue is the identification of trends in the modernization of the teaching of musical and theoretical disciplines for the sake of qualitative formation of musical-intonational culture. In the curriculum of the future musician's training, an important component is the cycle of musical and theoretical disciplines, which should give the future specialist the musical literacy of the elementary skills of correct intonation and recording of musical text and the deep disclosure of the content of the musical composition. There are most productive musical-intonational culture can be formed in the course of solfeggio. The subject of solfeggio helps to comprehend the work in a complex way with the help of the smallest elements of music, separate intervals, degrees, etc. The publication emphasizes the need for a new look at the musical and theoretical disciplines and their role in shaping the musical-intonational culture of the future musician.
