Abstract

Purpose. To justify the ways of forming national model of rural development with the experience of their operation and regulation of social and economic processes in European countries. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the study served as theoretical developments native and foreign scientists for socio-economic of rural development in accordance with the practice of other countries. Implementation of the aim and objectives of the scientific work carried out by the following methods: a systematic approach - with justification organizational and practical principles of policy of rural development, synthesis - in determining approaches of state regulation of social and economic processes in other countries, etc. Findings. Approaches and models of of rural development in the European Union with regard to the territorial government, political conditions and features of the state system of governance are grounded. The connection between the processes of European integration and regulation of domestic practice of social and economic relations are established. Different views to the European experience implementing social and economic of rural development are systematized. Originality. Author’s approach to the study of adaptation experience of the EU of rural development and management models of social and economic processes in the domestic practice adjusting their operation are formed. Practical value results of the study determined the ability to determine the process of formation of rural Ukraine in the contemporary economy.
