FORMING OF DECISIONS ON TERRITORY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN INVOLVMENT OF REGIONAL POPULATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of forming decisions regarding the territory economic development within involvement of the regional population. It is revealed that in most cases this problem is considered not in the sphere of making common economic decisions, but in the political plane. It is proposed an improved theoretical approach regarding the formation of decisions concerning the regional economic development within the involvement of the regional population, which provides clear recommendations on the composition of participants, stages, types, mechanisms of interaction and potential threats in the process of making joint decisions by regional authorities, business and community representatives. Its use will contribute to increasing the efficiency of using regional resources, transparency of their distribution, reducing bureaucratic procedures and building a sustainable network of interaction between all components of the social sector of the economy and business structures inside and outside of a region.
