Forms and concepts of real estate management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the West Pomeranian Province of Poland

Abstract
This article points out certain functions related to property management companies and underlines the possibility of outsourcing. This would be the idea of allowing the management of a number of activities related to the very essence of property management to a specialized entity whose aim will be to improve the effectiveness of existing management. To illustrate the phenomenon of the outsourcing of property management companies, research was conducted in small and medium-sized enterprises of the West Pomeranian Province.
