Роль функціональних стратегій в управлінні загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом

Abstract
Автор аналізує роль функціональних стратегій в управлінні загальноосвіт- нім навчальним закладом.У завдання дослідження стратегічного менеджменту (управління) у сфері загальної середньої освіти розглядається як модель дій менеджера, спрямованих на: виявлення проблем у сфері функціонування конкретного навчального закладу; здатність фор- мулювати чіткі цілі щодо розвитку навчального закладу, яка потребує розробки відповідної стратегії; можливість розробки довгострокового стратегічного плану розвитку навчального закладу; розширення можливостей для залучення учасників освітнього процесу в процесі реалізації стратегічного плану; можливість реалізації стратегічного плану з підбором необ- хідних механізмів; можливість внесення змін і коригувань в утворену стратегії; здатність ана- лізувати, виявляти позитивні і негативні аспекти стратегії і уміння прогнозувати формування наступну стратегію з урахуванням помилок минулого.
