FORMS AND METHODS AND LEGAL REGIME OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE CONTROL IN UKRAINE – IMPROVING FINANCIAL POLICY

Abstract
The paper made a detailed analysis of the legal regime forms and methods of monetary control in Ukraine. The authors proved the special role of exchange controls for the formation and development budget in general. Analyzed the efficiency and effectiveness of exchange control methods for preserving the financial independence of the country, and on the other hand revealed positive feature of currency control regime as regulatory compliance acts of financial legislation. The mechanisms of improved monetary policy of the country by improving the financial regulatory control.
