Forms realization of criminal policy on the counteraction of the crimes against justice

Abstract
The author is contemplated the criminal policy on the counteraction of the crimes against justice in terms of the forms of its realization. The article is based on the idea that it is allocated at least two realization forms of such policy: law-making and law enforcement. This approach is revealed through the analysis of existing legal acts, which directly affect on the counteraction on the crimes against justice. It is, at first, Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine, some special Laws of Ukraine, and also The Strategy of Sustainable Development «Ukraine – 2020» (signed by President of Ukraine, – Decree # 5, 12 January 2015) and The Strategy of Judiciary, Legal Proceedings and Related Legal Institutions Reforming for 2015–2020 (signed by President of Ukraine, Decree # 276, 20 May 2015). At the enforcement level it is marked the start of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the State Bureau of Investigation. This author analysis is underlined influence on the realization to the criminal policy to counteraction of the crimes against justice.
