Abstract
B.V. Pogrischuk Formation of ecological and economic environment innovative development in the agricultural sector. The article deals with the problems and prospects of the formation of the ecological and economic environment of innovation development in the agrarian sector. The economic instruments of the mechanism of forming the ecological and economic environment are substantiated. It is proved that efficient functioning of the agrarian sector of the economy requires the implementation of a system of measures to ensure a balanced and harmonious development of social and natural relations, the main characteristic of which is the level of ecologization of agricultural production, ecological safety of the produced raw materials and foodstuffs. It is determined that the issue of innovative ecological agricultural production covers the complex of industrial-economic relations between society and the environment, and its solution depends on the effectiveness of the application of economic instruments of the mechanism of formation of the ecological and economic environment of innovation development in the agricultural sector.
