Abstract
D.A. Krapivina. Trends of development of national media platform in the crisis terms. While at the moment, television remains relatively resistant to the impact of crisis factors, organizations working in the online media and print media are already in a much more dangerous position and experience a strong decline in audience, which leads to a drop in advertising revenue. As digital subscriptions still need to prove themselves as a viable, long-term solution, fundamental changes in the external environment require no more than the transformation of business models of organizations and reorganization of the news media sector in general. The article is devoted to the consideration of the problems of development of media platforms and media that have arisen as a result of changes in the specifics of consumer demand in the media market. The author has investigated how the main reasons that led to the crisis in this business can be used in the interests of the development of national media. The practical significance of the results obtained is that they can be used in making management decisions and developing anti-crisis measures. The article proposes to consider the general decline in the economic development of the country and the rapid growth of the audience of social networks, which, acting as a source of information, began to crowd out the media as new opportunities for media platforms.
