Abstract
Levkovska L., Mandzyk V. Іnstitutional support project management of water territorial economic complex. The study expediency of introducing water into the sphere of institutions of public-private partnership on the basis of the project approach as an effective form of interaction between local communities and businesses. Concretized the main problems of implementation of water management projects in Ukraine. In particular, one of the most pressing problems of development of water management infrastructure and facilities which are usually in state and municipal property, is attracting investment resources. From this perspective depends modernization reconstruction and technical re-equipment of individual waterworks facilities of water supply and sanitation. Proved that perspective and not used the mechanism of the proposed priorities for the development of water management is a public-private partnership. Foreign experience shows that it is through this mechanism can attract significant investment resources in projects of regional water-economic complexes. An improved control mechanisms and territorial water-economic complex, which, unlike the current issue of municipal bonds provide for financial software implementation of water management infrastructure projects. Proved that attract water into the sphere of private capital through contracting public-private partnerships and infrastructure to be able to issue bonds will increase the capitalization of regional water management systems, upgrade infrastructure, sustainable development of water management systems.
