Abstract
Larina T.F. Formation of innovation infrastructure on the basis of technical and technological modernization of agricultural enterprises. In this article, we reviewed the organizational and economic basis for the formation of innovative infrastructure of agriculture on the basis of technical and technological modernization of agricultural enterprises. We showed the relationship of the innovation process and promote innovation in agribusiness. A group of companies in terms of the impact of various factors on efficiency. The total expected annual economic effect of the recovery tractor fleet and transition to a resource-saving technologies in general in Kharkiv region could reach 15 bln. UAH.
