СТАН ТА ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ УГІДЬ В АГРАРНОМУ СЕКТОРІ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Nazarenko O.V. State and evaluation of the use efficiency of agricultural land in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. With the development of production tasks, taking into account the current features of business conducting, agrarian enterprises focus on rationalizing the resource support of the production process. The formation of optimal production, financial indicators of the activity of agricultural commodity producers for the future, is possible subject to the implementation of a deep retrospective study. Land is one of the main components of production for the agrarian sector. Agricultural lands are recognized lands provided for the needs of economic entities of the agrarian sector of the economy: products production, scientific research, educational activities, placement of the corresponding industrial infrastructure (including wholesale market infrastructure), temporarily suspended. Significant increase in production in comparative prices per unit area was noted on the basic of statistical data. In the structure of agricultural land for the period under study, the level of plowing increased by 0.04%. However, the transformation (plowing) of alterations, pasture, hayfields, perennial plantations reduced their area by 5.7 thousand hectares, 6.9 thousand hectares, 0.9 thousand hectares, 0.5 thousand hectares, respectively. This tendency testifies to the priority of plant growing, and the reduction of the area of land, the use of which is foreseen for the livestock sector. Since 2008, the general indicator of the agricultural production profitability (both crop and livestock production) in Ukraine is positive (profitable), although it is varied depending on years. The article argues that the use of the system of indicators of efficiency allows us to analyze the mechanism of managing the resource provision of financial and economic activity, both for the entire agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy and for a separate economic entity, to predict the deviations that arise in the process of functioning, to determine the causes of ineffective management and direction of correction of the chosen vector of motion. The study of indicators of agricultural land use, factors influencing their formation in the retrospective dynamics gives grounds to consider any business that brings a stable income, increases the value of the main factors contributing to its functioning, for the owner. Therefore, raising the value of agricultural land for landowners is indisputable. Key words: agrarian sector, resource efficiency, agricultural land, constant prices, profitability.
