Abstract
E.V. Shebanina, H.S. Fedoseeva. Formation of competitive advantages of agricultural producer on the world market: theoretical aspect. The article explored the theoretical aspects of the competitive advantages of agricultural producer on the world market. The subject of the work was process of formation of competitive advantages of agricultural producer on the world market. The aim is to study the theoretical aspects of creating competitive advantages for their practical implementation to agricultural producers under conditions of the global market. The article singled out the basic principles of the competitive advantages of the studied subjects on the world market, including: adaptability principle, the principle of integration, the principle of flexibility, dynamic principle, the principles of consistency and comprehensiveness, the principle of innovation. Identified author's approach to this process and singled out five basic steps: training enterprises to form competitive advantage, designing a new competitive advantage, choice of competitive advantage for its further development and implementation, the implementation of competitive advantage, estimation of introducing competitive advantages of agricultural producer on the world market. Found that important instrument of competitive advantage is its competitive strategy. Given the definition of the term and singled out the basic competitive strategies of agricultural producer. Indicated that for the implementation of practical measures to formation of new competitive advantages of agricultural producers should take into account general requirements for them in individual competitive strategies. According to this, allocated the following main theses: there is a close relationship between competitive strategy used by agricultural producers and competitive advantage that he intends to form; requirements for individual factors of competitive advantages are related for certain competitive strategies; agricultural producers at work in the world market can use several strategies depending on the country in which supply products, the number of competitors in the market and customer requirements; agricultural producers at work in the world market can use several strategies depending on the country in which supply products, the number of competitors in the market and customer requirements. The main provisions of the article should be of interest to producers working in the global market and can be used to develop and implement practical measures aimed at forming and retaining competitive advantage.
