FRANCHISING AS A FACTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL EXCHANGE

Abstract
The article analyzes the influence of franchising strategy of business on scientific and technical exchange between countries. The main features of franchising business in Europe and Ukraine are considered. The mechanism of franchising relations is investigated. The necessity and importance of business organization on the conditions of franchising for the increase of scientific and technical exchange in Europe and Ukraine are substantiated.
