Abstract
In the article has been defined the notion of internаtional rights guarantees of freedom of expression of child. Also has been describe the types of internаtional rights guarantees of freedom of expression of child. In the presented work the author has analyzed the elements of freedom of expression of child in the international documents. Also there are formulated proposals to refinement internаtional rights guarantees of freedom of expression of child.
