FRICTION AND WEAR IN LUBRICATION METAL-CONTAINING POLYMER BASED ON PHENYLONE FILLED BRONZE
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2016, Vol 73, Issue
Abstract
The article is devoted to the search of rational compositions for bearings instead of scarce metals and alloys. It is shown that using of metal-containing polymer based on aromatic polyamide phenylone and bronze not only significantly increases the wear resistance of parts, but also reduces the wear metal counterbody, which works in tandem with him. The use of metal-containing polymers in the rolling production may lead to increase of overhaul periods and quantity of output rolled.

RESISTANCE POWDER MATERIALS OF COMPOSITION IRON - SELF-FLUXING ALLOYS AT GAS-ABRASIVE WEAR
Studied gas-abrasive wear resistance in the wear of composite materials with iron and self-fluxing alloys. Materials with a self-fluxing alloy containing 0, 15, 0 and 50% and 98,5-99,0% density was obtained by compressio...
INVESTIGATION OF TRIBOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ELECTRIC ARC IRON-COPPER COATINGS WITH PSEUDO-ALLOY STRUCTURE
Investigations of tribotechnical characteristics of electric arc pseudoalloy iron-copper coatings under con- ditions of dry sliding friction were performed. Volumetric wear and friction coefficient were determined. A met...
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF GEOMODIFIERS IN FRICTION PAIRS
The paper presents the results of research on friction surfaces microprocessing using geomodi-fiers (GMF). Studies have been done on the content of GMF in oil in percent, which provides the required anti-friction propert...
RESTORATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT BODIES OF THE EMERGENCY-TAKING INSTRUMENT
To accomplish the task of saving people and material values, the rescuers of the DSNU use a variety of equipment and special tools, the reliability of which depends not only on the lives of victims, but also on the rescu...
EVALUATION OF THE RESIDUAL STRENGTH OF STRUCTURAL CARBON PLASTICS IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR MOISTURE SATURATION, CHARACTERISTIC FOR OPERATING CONDITIONS
The nature of the moisture saturation of constructive skin carbon plastics is examined, as well as the effect of the previous static load and the process pressure of formation on the moisture content of the material. The...
