From the history of Soviet sociology: the concept of labor incentives by I.M. Popova

Abstract

Appeal to the history of the Soviet period of development of sociology is usually dictated by the negative attitude: what a hard time the scientists had, when working under ideological pressure. The author’s aim was to look more closely at the major achievements made by the generation of the sixties in sociology. That concerns, in particular, the well-known sociologist I.M.Popova, her works in the field of methods, methodology and theory of labor sociology, which were not properly considered at one time.
