FUNCTIONS LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT IN HEALTH CARE IN UKRAINE: ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article deals with the current trends of financial-economic, organizational and regulatory aspects of the levels of public administration in the field of health care in Ukraine. Mechanisms of delegation management and subsidiarity are considered. The measures necessary for solving the problem under study are presented. The necessity of development of the functions of levels of public administration in the sphere of health care is substantiated. The possibilities of the state policy of development of management and reforming of health care sphere are determined.
