ФУНДАМЕНТАЛЬНОЕ, АКТУАЛЬНОЕ И КОНЪЮНКТУРНОЕ В РИСКАХ РАЗВИТИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ СИСТЕМ

Abstract

The evolution process of the expansion of institutional alternatives of the educational system up to the full negation of its special social status makes up a fundamental risk for education. The topical risks for the educational system are determined by a universal shift, which we call globalization, and information technologies. Momentary risks for the educational system are determined by swift growing of the global and local uncertainty here and now. It causes corrosive competition inside the educational system outline under the model of war of all against all, tendency to survive at the expense of the weak, absence of competitive solidarity. The problem of demand deficit and oversupply in the educational market has become global. Due to global competition and market fuss accompanying it, modern technological revolution has been able to go through all the visible and invisible social filters.As a result, social values and identities have remained on the one side of these filters, and technologies have appeared on the other side. The main danger of the nearest future is convergence of the pathways of fundamental, actual and momentary risks in a singular point, where they will blend. Crisis will throw universities to the wolves, i.e. actual risks, the realization of which will turn them to relict artifacts, museum pieces in the new world built on the basis of transhumanism and vertical progress.
