СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЬ СПЕЦИАЛИСТА В КОНТЕКСТЕ ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЙ И РИСКОВ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract

The main contradictions and risks of professional education, the conditions of their emergence and mutual influence are revealed. The necessity of changing the priorities of professional training of specialists, the formation of the individual as a subject of self-development is substantiated. The mechanism of professional self-determination of the person, formation of its value orientations to effective professional activityis described. The main stages of the formation of value orientations of a young specialist are outlined. The components of social competence and its main features are described. Motivational factors of social competence of the field specialist are analyzed. The methodological potential of the subject-mental approach in forecasting the development strategy of professionalism in the whole chain of continuous vocational education is disclosed. The reorientation of the system of higher professional education in Ukraine to innovative activities is characterized as the most important tool in ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The ways of solving contradictions in the theory and practice of professional education are determined on the basis of the use of the subject-mental approach in the development of modern meanings of the professional education.
