Abstract
There is a great competition at the modern market of labour. Aspecialist must have the ability to react guickly on changes in education, he must be ready ready to accept changes and he must be able to use them. This is the necessary condition of successful career on educational sphere. The teacher must think creatively and on dependently to gain experience on educational innovations. Sometimes experienced teachers face a lot of problems while dealing with innovative technologies of studies and the newest approaches to educational process. New technologies require from specialists adequate perception and understanding of necessity of embodiment of the newest technologies of studies in the educational process.
