ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПОДГОТОВКИ СПЕЦИАЛИСТА В ВУЗЕ

Abstract
The theses deal with the spectrum of the various psychological problems that educators face to in their activities. The author analyzes modern trends in personnel management which are, on the one hand, the training guidelines for future specialists and on the other hand, markers for the training of educators, as well as the qualities and competencies that determine the success of interpersonal interaction (critical thinking, ability to solve complex problems, readiness for non-standard solutions, ability to coordinate joint actions of people, developed emotional intellect, communicative intellect, independence). The peculiarities of psychological barriers that arise in the process of pedagogical interaction and affect its quality (fear of a group or weak contact, lack of experience of communication, the establishment of a physical barrier, the fear of pedagogical error, the effect of “halo” on the evaluation of the group, the transfer of the style of communication of other teachers etc.) and their relationship with psychological readiness and stress resistance are distinguished. Also, the concept of the “Supergeneralization” effect is explained in the context of pedagogical activity.
