Fundamentals of modern educational management

Journal Title: Prohominum - Year 2023, Vol 5, Issue 2

Abstract

Most educational institutions have implemented plans and strategies to adapt to this change in national requirements that include, among other things, improving the quality of care for teaching staff. The methodology used was the systematic, qualitative review where cohort studies that analyzed educational management in different fields were included and reviewed. In electronic databases such as Portal Scielo, PubMed, Medline PLUS, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science. Every organization is created by an object, it is designed to meet a goal and achieve its objectives. This is based on a set of people, activities and roles that interact with each other. It should be noted that Chiavenato outlines that the achievement of these common objectives can only be achieved if the people who interact in the organizations establish a sufficiently strong psychological contract that allows them to function in it, acting in harmony with the norms, values, communication styles, behaviors, beliefs, leadership styles, language and symbols of the organization. It is concluded then that the success of an educational organization depends on the way its employees assume it, that is, how they perceive its organizational climate, since they are a set of properties of the educational environment
