GAINING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE WHILE ORGANIZING AND LEADING OF TRAINING RECREATIONAL CAMPS

Abstract
The article deals with the notion of educational experience and educational skills as a system of knowledge, skills and experience of a teacher and its implementation in pedagogical practice. Analysis of printed publications in regards to the problems of organizing of summer training recreational camps is provided below. The objective and the main goals of organizing of summer training recreational camps are determined. The importance of gaining an educational experience by future professionals of travel industry while organizing of training recreational camps is proved in the given article.
