Game theory teaching methods for students specializing in economics and management.

Abstract

The technique of formation the action modes inherent in the games theory during independent and research work of students specializing in economics and management discusses in the paper. This question is important for the bachelors of economics and management. An example of the using the game theory in the writing of final qualifying work in bachelors of management, in which was built game-theoretic model in the form of two persons zero sum game. The considered model is a typical modeling situations arising in practical activities of managers, marketers, specialists in advertising services in cases when decisions was made under conditions of acute competition, incomplete information and risk. The method of formation of ways of action theory games for students of economic directions of training in situations where the educational program was not provide by the study of this theory as a separate discipline can be express by the following regulations. 1. Learning objectives of game theory come from the state standard and must be realized by students. Therefore, one important task for creating the target theory of games in teaching mathematics is the use of professionally-directed task, appeals to the conceptions of the game theory. 2. Training content is determined by game-theoretic models used in professional activities of economists and managers. 3. Teaching methods should include productive search methods such as a method of orientation, heuristic methods, and method of a mathematical modeling in economics, the method of allocation of educational actions performed on the main stages of educational activity in solving professionally-oriented problems. 4. Priority organizational forms in which it is possible to form in students the ability to make decisions under conditions of risk and uncertainty, is an independent and research work of students. 5. Learning tools must be supplemented with a remote course or a textbook "The Game Theory in professional training Managers and Economists," developed on the basis of activity-based teaching techniques.
