Gastrik Adenokarsinom ve Anti-Hu ile Birliktelik Gösteren Paraneoplastik Serebellar Dejenerasyon

Abstract
Paraneoplastik sendromlar nadiren mide kanseri ile birliktelik gösterir. Daha önceleri yayınlanmış olan mide kanserleri ile birliktelik gösteren anti-Yo ve anti-Ri paraneoplastik serebellar dejenerasyon (PSD) olguları vardır. PSD ile anti-Hu antikorları ve gastric adenokarsinomla birliktelik gösteren bir erkek hasta sunmaktayız. Bizim olgumuz anti-Hu antikorları ve PSD ile birliktelik gösteren malinitelerin klinik spektrumunu genişletmektedir.
